Master’s or bachelor’s degree in psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in counseling, psychotherapy, or social support services. • Sound understanding of psychological theories and counseling methodologies. • Knowledge of developmental, behavioral, emotional, and social challenges among college students. • Familiarity with the educational and cultural context of Oman • Awareness of legal and ethical considerations related to student counseling and confidentiality.
