Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesFull P&L responsibility for the precast division.Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.Develop long-term business strategy and market expansion plans.Oversee precast manufacturing plants, production planning, and quality control.Ensure timely supply of precast elements for infrastructure and construction projects.Improve plant productivity, cost optimization, and process efficiency.Coordinate with construction and project teams for design, production, and installation of precast components.Ensure compliance with international quality and safety standards.Develop relationships with contractors, developers, and infrastructure companies.Identify opportunities in industrial, infrastructure, and commercial construction projects.Lead cross-functional teams including plant operations, engineering, sales, and project management.
