Production Manager - مدير الانتاج

Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and strategies to meet production targets and customer demand.
Monitor production processes and capacity to ensure efficient execution of plans and timely delivery.
Manage and allocate resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) to optimize production efficiency and address capacity gaps.
Coordinate with sales, procurement, and logistics to align production requirements and ensure smooth workflow and delivery.
Continuously optimize production workflows to reduce downtime, improve efficiency, and maximize productivity.
Monitor and analyze production data to identify improvement areas and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Apply lean manufacturing principles to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
Implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure compliance with food safety standards and product specifications.
Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure consistency and adherence to standards.
Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted production.
Ensure availability of tools, materials, and supplies required for smooth operations.
Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all production activities.
Implement and enforce SOPs and safe work practices to minimize risks and prevent accidents.
Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments and address hazards promptly.
Collaborate with the HSE team to support safety training and awareness programs.
Carry out any other activities as and when required by the reporting manager.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or equivalent.
Green belt, Six sigma is advantageous.

Experience

8 years of experience, including a minimum of 2 years at a managerial level in a similar function.

Competencies

المهام والمسؤوليات:
• إعداد وتطوير وتنفيذ خطط وجداول واستراتيجيات الإنتاج بما يضمن تحقيق أهداف الإنتاج وتلبية طلبات العملاء.
• متابعة عمليات الإنتاج والطاقة الإنتاجية لضمان تنفيذ الخطط بكفاءة وتحقيق التسليم في الوقت المحدد.
• إدارة وتوزيع الموارد (القوى العاملة، المعدات، والمواد) بما يحقق الكفاءة المثلى ويعالج أي فجوات في الطاقة الإنتاجية.
• التنسيق مع أقسام المبيعات والمشتريات واللوجستيات لضمان توافق متطلبات الإنتاج وسلاسة العمليات والتسليم.
• التحسين المستمر لعمليات الإنتاج بهدف تقليل التوقفات، ورفع الكفاءة، وزيادة الإنتاجية.
• تحليل بيانات الإنتاج بشكل مستمر لتحديد فرص التحسين وتطبيق الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.
• تطبيق مبادئ التصنيع الرشيق (Lean Manufacturing) لتعزيز كفاءة العمليات وتقليل الهدر.
• تطبيق وصيانة أنظمة ضبط الجودة لضمان الالتزام بمعايير سلامة الغذاء ومواصفات المنتج.
• تنفيذ عمليات التدقيق والفحص الدورية لضمان استمرارية الالتزام بمعايير الجودة.
• التعاون مع قسم ضمان الجودة لمعالجة مشكلات الجودة ودعم مبادرات التحسين المستمر.
• متابعة أداء المعدات والتنسيق مع فرق الصيانة لضمان استمرارية العمليات الإنتاجية دون انقطاع.
• التأكد من توفر الأدوات والمواد وقطع الغيار اللازمة لضمان استمرارية الإنتاج بسلاسة.
• ضمان الالتزام الصارم بأنظمة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة في جميع عمليات الإنتاج.
• تطبيق وتعزيز إجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs) وممارسات العمل الآمن للحد من المخاطر ومنع الحوادث.
• إجراء عمليات التفتيش وتقييم المخاطر بشكل دوري ومعالجة أي مخاطر أو ملاحظات بشكل فوري.
• التعاون مع فريق الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) لدعم برامج التوعية والتدريب المتعلقة بالسلامة.
• تنفيذ أي مهام أو مسؤوليات أخرى ذات صلة يحددها الرئيس المباشر حسب متطلبات العمل.
المؤهلات العلمية
• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الهندسة الكهربائية أو ما يعادلها.
• تعتبر شهادات الحزام الأخضر (Green Belt) أو سيكس سيجما ميزة إضافية.
الخبرة العملية
• خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة، منها سنتان على الأقل في منصب إداري أو إشرافي مماثل.
الكفاءات والمهارات
• مهارات قيادية وإدارية ممتازة وقدرة على التواصل الفعال وإدارة الفرق.
• معرفة تقنية جيدة بعمليات إنتاج التمور.
• الإلمام بمبادئ التصنيع الرشيق (Lean Manufacturing).
• معرفة بمنهجيات التحسين المستمر.
• مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرار.
