<p dir = "auto">Duties and Responsibilities</p>

<p dir = "auto">1. Core Banking System Administration</p>
<p dir = "auto"></p>
<p dir = "auto">• Configure and manage modules within the core banking system (e.g., ICBS).</p>

<p dir = "auto">• Implement system parameters, user roles, and system configurations related to ACH and RTGS.</p>

<p dir = "auto">• Perform regular system health checks, manage patches, and coordinate version upgrades with vendors. </p>

<p dir = "auto">2. Issue Resolution & Support</p>

<p dir = "auto">• Provide second and third-level support for ICBS, ACH, and RTGS platforms.</p>

<p dir = "auto">• Troubleshoot application and integration issues with internal teams or external vendors.</p>

<p dir = "auto">3. Business Analysis & Change Management</p>

<p dir = "auto">• Gather business and operational requirements related to core banking and payment systems.</p>

<p dir = "auto">• Translate requirements into system enhancements and functional changes.</p>

<p dir = "auto">• Prepare BRDs and functional specifications; support UAT and deployment activities. </p>

<p dir = "auto">4. Compliance and Audit Readiness</p>

<p dir = "auto">• Ensure system configurations and operations comply with local regulatory standards (e.g., Central Bank).</p>

<p dir = "auto">• Maintain audit trails and documentation of changes, setups, and access rights.</p>

<p dir = "auto">• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary data and reports. </p>

<p dir = "auto">• Liaise with ICBS, ACH, and RTGS vendors for patch deployment, bug resolution, and service requests.</p>

<p dir = "auto">• Monitor vendor SLAs and escalate issues appropriately to ensure service continuity. </p>

<p dir = "auto">• 6–10 years of experience in core banking systems management or development.</p>

<p dir = "auto">• Strong understanding of banking operations, payment processing, and regulatory frameworks. </p>
