<p>• <span style="color: rgb(0,0,0);">Implement &amp; configure Employee Central modules</span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0,0,0);">• Manage employee data, workflows &amp; integrations</span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0,0,0);">• Support HR operations (onboarding, offboarding, compliance)</span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0,0,0);">• Provide system support, troubleshooting &amp; user training</span></p>

<p><span style="color: rgb(0,0,0);"><strong>🔹 Requirements:</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0,0,0);">• 8–10 years of experience in SuccessFactors EC</span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0,0,0);">• Strong HR systems &amp; processes knowledge</span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0,0,0);">• Experience in configuration, reporting &amp; data management</span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0,0,0);">• Excellent communication &amp; problem-solving skills</span></p>
