Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesHandle L2 incident management, fault isolation & restoration for Ericsson RAN/Transport/Core nodes.Perform KPI monitoring, log/trace analysis, and proactive issue detection.Execute configuration changes, parameter updates, and routine health checks.Analyze call flows, transport routing issues, and RAN performance degradations.Work closely with L1, field teams, vendor TAC, and engineering teams for escalationsMaintain ticketing discipline, shift reports, and RCA documentation.
