Economic Evaluation

Run economic evaluations for new wells, well interventions, facility upgrades, new discoveries, pipeline and station projects, and technology deployments under the prevailing EPSA, cost recovery and profit-share terms. Apply discounted cash flow methodologies incorporating relevant fiscal structures such as production sharing contracts, cost recovery mechanisms and profit-share splits where applicable.
Complete post-investment reviews and annual asset economic performance assessments against plan and recommend optimisation actions.
Lead and present economic analysis and sensitivity cases to support investment decisions and portfolio prioritisation.

Business Planning and Performance

Coordinate the annual business plan and budget cycle: consolidate departmental inputs, challenge activity and cost assumptions, and optimize the program within resource constraints.
Develop the annual company scorecard and KPIs with input from relevant functions. Monitor technical and financial performance during the year and drive recovery actions on variances.
Analyze OPEX, CAPEX, lifting, production forecasts, activity schedules and budget variances to identify risks, opportunities and performance drivers.
Maintain the corporate Risk and Opportunity register, confirming mitigation plans and monitoring execution with accountable owners.

Stakeholder, Governance and Reporting

Prepare periodic corporate performance reports and meeting material for executive management, shareholders and government stakeholders.
Support the planning, coordination and documentation of board and shareholder governance meetings.
Prepare and deliver the monthly lifting plan to MEM and ensure regulatory reporting is submitted accurately and on time.
Deliver ad-hoc analyses for senior management and shareholders under demanding deadlines.

Capability and QHSSE

Drive value creation across Daleel through the adoption of innovative technologies, optimized processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coach staff and stakeholders on economic analysis methods, planning processes and reporting standards.
Comply with and promote company QHSSE policies and procedures and participate in QHSSE programs.
