Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesStrategic Technology LeadershipManage and optimize the group-wide IT strategy aligned with organizational goals andeducational innovation.Drive digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and learningexperiences.Provide strategic technology guidance to executive leadership.IT Infrastructure & OperationsOversee the management and maintenance of enterprise IT infrastructure, includingnetworks, servers, cloud environments, and security systems.Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of all IT services across multiplecampuses.Lead IT service management and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.Educational TechnologyLead the management, implementation and support of educational technologyplatforms, learning management systems, and digital learning tools.Work closely with academic leadership to enhance technology-enabled teaching andlearning.Enterprise Systems & ERPManage and optimize school ERP systems, CRM platforms, EdTech systems, Cloudsystems.Ensure integration and automation across enterprise systems.Cybersecurity & GovernanceManage and optimize IT governance frameworks, cybersecurity policies, andcompliance standards.Manage and optimize business continuity and disaster recovery strategies to protectorganizational data and systems.Project & Vendor ManagementLead major technology implementation projects across the organization.Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and technology partners.Oversee procurement processes including RFPs, vendor evaluation, and contractnegotiations.Budget & Resource ManagementDevelop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective investments in technology.Optimize IT resources and maintain financial accountability for technology initiatives.Team LeadershipLead and mentor the IT team across multiple locations.Promote professional development, knowledge sharing, and innovation within the team.Qualifications & ExperienceEducationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or arelated discipline.
