Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesImplement, configure, and support enterprise payment systems such as RTGS, ACH, WPS, ATM/POS, and interbank settlement platformsManage integrations between payment systems, core banking systems, and third-party applicationsMonitor system performance and ensure high availability, reliability, and security of payment platformsTroubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measuresSupport SWIFT messaging, ISO 20022 standards, and other financial protocolsCollaborate with internal teams, banks, and external vendors for system enhancements and issue resolutionParticipate in system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new featuresEnsure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, and operational policiesMaintain proper documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures
