About the Opportunity:
We are excited to announce a new luxury Nikki Beach Resort & Spa project in Yiti Bay, Sultanate of Oman, and we are seeking an experienced Pre-Opening Director of Finance & Business Supports to lead the financial planning, systems implementation, and fiscal operations for our upcoming hotel opening.
This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in launching a new hospitality destination by establishing robust financial controls, driving commercial performance, and partnering with the executive team to ensure a successful opening.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead all pre-opening finance activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Oversee the setup of accounting systems, financial reporting, and compliance processes.
Manage the pre-opening budget and monitor capital expenditure.
Coordinate with owners, corporate finance, auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.
Recruit, train, and lead the hotel's finance team.
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
Prepare accurate financial reports and performance updates for senior management and ownership.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive finance leadership experience within the hospitality industry.
Proven experience in at least one hotel pre-opening project is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of hotel financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
Experience with hotel accounting and property management systems.
Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
