Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesHandling Financial and Management Accounts of all the Companies listed above.Preparation, Analysis and Presentation of monthly MIS & KPI reports as well as Annual Financial Budget.Day to day monitoring and control over the Divisional KPIs.Monthly closure and Consolidation of Books of Accounts of all the Companies (SAP and Tally ERP).Ensuring timely and smooth Quarterly and Annual Statutory Audits.Management of Cash/Fund Flow, Receivables and Payables of the divisions.Liaising with various stake holders, departments and peers for efficient operational performance.Handling Company Secretarial and Legal matters for the Companies listed above.Considerable contribution in preparation of Quarterly reports and Annual Reports to be submitted to ASX for Australian Listed Company.
