🚀 Welcome to Your Next Adventure!As an Account Executive – Food, you will play an important role in managing and growing relationships with food partners across Oman. You will support partner success by building strong relationships, driving engagement, coordinating with internal teams, and helping partners improve their performance on the platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, solving problems, and being part of a fast-paced commercial environment.🛠 What You’ll Get Your Hands On:Support the management of a portfolio of food partners across OmanAct as a key point of contact for partners, ensuring strong communication and engagementBuild and maintain positive relationships with restaurant partners and stakeholdersSupport partner onboarding, training, and ongoing platform adoptionAssist partners with day-to-day requests, troubleshooting, and issue resolutionMonitor partner performance and identify opportunities for improvementWork closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and partner satisfactionSupport the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and growth initiatives with partnersPrepare account updates, reports, and insights to support business decisionsParticipate in partner meetings, business reviews, and commercial activities🧙‍♂️ The Magic You Bring:1–3 years of experience in account management, sales, customer success, business development, or a similar client-facing roleBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is preferredStrong communication and relationship-building skillsCustomer-focused mindset with the ability to understand partner needsCommercial awareness and willingness to identify growth opportunitiesStrong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesComfortable working with data, reports, and performance trackingAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentGood negotiation and presentation skillsStrong ownership, accountability, and attention to detailProficiency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantageInside Snoonu’s UniverseSnoonu is Qatar’s homegrown Super App, reinventing daily life with blazing-fast delivery, shopping, and more – all in one place.
