The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong sales skills to drive business development, manage client relationships, and secure new projects within the interior fit-out sector and achieve the sales targets.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities in the interior fit-out and contracting marketBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractorsUnderstand client requirements and provide tailored technical and commercial solutionsPrepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical submissionsCoordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure accurate project costing and executionNegotiate contracts and close sales deals effectivelyMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunitiesAchieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growthRequirementsBachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil, Architectural, or related field)7–8 years of experience in sales within the interior fit-out or contracting industryStrong knowledge of interior fit-out materials, processes, and project executionProven track record of achieving sales targets and winning projectsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to interpret technical drawings and specificationsStrong network within the local construction/interior industry is an advantageExperience in handling turnkey interior fit-out projectsCommercial awareness and contract management knowledgeProficiency in MS Office and basic estimation toolsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary packagePerformance-based incentivesOpportunity to work on high-profile projectsCareer growth in a dynamic and fast-growing company
