<p>Role Objective:</p> <p>The Technical Records Officer is responsible for ensuring all aircraft technical records are accurately maintained, updated, and compliant with regulatory and company requirements. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the integrity of the airline's airworthiness records for its entire fleet, safeguarding regulatory compliance, and supporting internal and external audits.</p> <p></p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <p>• Ensure all aircraft technical records, including maintenance actions, inspections, modifications, and repairs, are accurately documented and filed.</p> <p>• Maintain detailed records of life-limited parts (LLP) and airworthiness directives (AD) compliance for the fleet.</p> <p>• Regularly audit technical records to ensure accuracy and completeness in preparation for regulatory audits and lease returns.</p> <p>• Enter all Technical Maintenance Data into Engineering IT System that include but not limited to Technical & Cabin Log entries, Scheduled maintenance Work Pack data, etc.</p> <p>• Ensure all technical records comply with regulatory requirements (EASA, FAA, etc.) and internal company policies.</p> <p>• Manage the updating of aircraft technical logs, status reports, and other critical documentation to support continuous airworthiness.</p> <p>• Oversee the storage, retrieval, and archiving of aircraft technical records, both physically and digitally.</p> <p>• Collaborate with the IT department to ensure the effective use of electronic records management systems.</p> <p>• Prepare for and support internal and external audits, ensuring technical records are readily available and compliant with regulatory requirements.</p> <p>• Supervise the Technical Records Coordinator and ensure the accurate and timely completion of tasks.</p> <p>• Provide training and development for technical records staff.</p> <p></p> <p>Education & Experience:</p> <p>• Bachelor’s degree, preferred in the field of Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering</p> <p>• 5 years of experience in the aviation industry with at least 2 years of experience in Technical Record role.</p> <p></p> <p>Special Skills & Knowledge:</p> <p>• Experience in Technical Records processing within aviation.</p> <p>• Proficient in the use of Microsoft suite or software solutions</p> <p>• Proven customer service skills – capable of identifying customer needs and resolving customer issues.</p> <p>• Database maintenance and data tracking experience</p> <p>• Experience with OASES or a similar Maintenance Information System (MIS) is Preferred</p>
