Property Valuer

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Property Valuation professional to join our growing team in Oman.THE ROLEThe successful candidate will be responsible for conducting property inspections, analysing market data and preparing accurate, professional valuation reports for various property types.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES◆ Conduct property inspections and site visits◆ Prepare detailed property valuation reports◆ Analyse comparable properties, transactions and market trends◆ Undertake valuations of residential, commercial and other real estate assets◆ Conduct market research and maintain relevant property data◆ Liaise with clients, banks, financial institutions and other stakeholders◆ Ensure reports are accurate, well-supported and delivered within agreed timelinesREQUIREMENTS◆ Minimum 2 years of experience in property valuation in Oman◆ Strong knowledge of the Oman real estate market◆ Practical experience in preparing professional valuation reports◆ Good understanding of property valuation methodologies◆ Strong analytical and report-writing skills◆ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office◆ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills◆ Relevant qualification in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Finance, Business Administration or a related field is preferred◆ Valid Oman driving licence is preferred◆ Experience in bank / mortgage valuations will be an added advantage━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORA professional who is analytical, detail-oriented, commercially aware and committed to delivering high-quality valuation work.📩 Interested candidates are invited to send their CV to:iamvsuhaib@gmail.comSubject: Application – Property Valuation Officer📍 Location: Muscat, Oman
