Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesCarry out preventive maintenance for air-cooled chillersCarry out preventive maintenance for water-cooled chillersTroubleshoot and repair chiller system faultsAttend breakdown complaints and identify the root cause of the issueCheck and maintain compressors, condensers, evaporators, pumps, valves, controls, sensors, and other chiller componentsMonitor system performance and ensure proper operation and efficiencyPerform corrective maintenance and replacement of defective parts when requiredHandle electrical and mechanical fault finding related to chiller systemsPrepare service reports and update maintenance records properlyCoordinate with supervisor and site team for maintenance activitiesFollow safety procedures during all maintenance and repair work
