Senior Analytics / Business Intelligence Lead – Digitalization Program

Role Summary:
Lead the analytics and BI function to deliver dashboards, KPIs, and reporting solutions that support decision-making and performance management across procurement, logistics, and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead analytics & BI workstream and manage reporting requirements
Design dashboards, KPIs, and performance scorecards
Translate business needs into reporting and data visualization solutions
Ensure data accuracy, validation, and consistency across reports
Coordinate with business, IT, and data teams for integration
Support testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation adoption
Identify reporting gaps and drive continuous improvement

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Data Analytics, or related field
5+ years of experience in analytics / BI / reporting roles
Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and KPIs
Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW/4HANA, or Power BI
Experience in ERP/SAP S/4HANA environments (preferred)
Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development
Oil & Gas experience is an advantage
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
