Sorting & Grading Labours

The Sorting & Grading Worker is responsible for inspecting, sorting, and grading products or materials according to company quality standards and operational requirements. The role ensures accurate classification, proper handling, and timely processing of items within the warehouse or production area.
Key Responsibilities:

Sort products/materials based on size, quality, type, or company standards.
Inspect items for defects, damages, or inconsistencies.
Grade products according to quality specifications.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
Report damaged or non-compliant items to the supervisor.
Support warehouse and operations teams as required.

Requirements

Basic reading and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Previous warehouse or production experience is an advantage.
