Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement site-specific HSE plans, procedures, and risk assessments tailored for road or water/waste projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards.Conduct regular inspections, audits, and site visits to identify hazards, unsafe practices, and non-compliance issues, providing immediate corrective actions and detailed reports.Lead incident investigations, including root cause analysis, to determine the underlying causes of incidents and implement preventative measures to avoid recurrence.Provide expert HSE advice and guidance to project teams, contractors, and subcontractors, promoting a proactive safety culture and ensuring effective communication.
