Job Overview / SummaryThe Building Delivery Manager is the Client focal point responsible for safe, timely and quality delivery of assigned project buildings and associated facilities, from engineering and procurement through construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning support, and handover.The role provides delivery assurance, supervision, and close follow-up of contractors, coordinates multidisciplinary interfaces, identifies blockers early, and drives clear corrective actions with owners and due dates to protect schedule, HSE, quality, and handover readiness.
