The ideal candidate has deep GCC market knowledge and a proven track record of scaling FMCG brands, driving performance, and delivering sustainable, profitable growth.Lead country operations with full P&L accountabilityDrive revenue growth across modern trade, general trade, and key accountsDevelop and execute market entry and expansion strategiesBuild and manage distributors and retail partnershipsLead and develop sales, marketing, and operations teamsOversee pricing, trade marketing, promotions, and product launchesEnsure compliance with local regulations and company policiesReport performance and strategic insights to regional management
