IT Technical Support Engineer

Provide technical support to academic and
administrative staff, as well as students, in the SoFS building.=
Install, configure, and maintain computer
systems, software, and network equipment.=
Support classroom technologies such as
projectors and AV systems.=
Maintain IT equipment and documentation.=
Coordinate with the main IT department for
maintenance and updates.=
Ensure timely resolution of IT issues while
maintaining service quality.
