Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesOrchestrate the full project lifecycle, from initial concept to successful deployment, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and stakeholder expectations.Proactively manage project scope, schedule, and budget, employing rigorous change control processes and risk mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes innovation, knowledge sharing, and high performance.Oversee the development and execution of detailed project plans, including resource allocation, task assignments, and progress tracking, using project management tools.Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans and escalating critical issues to stakeholders for timely resolution.Communicate project status, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders through regular reports, presentations, and meetings, building trust and transparency.Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, standards, and internal policies, proactively managing governance and quality assurance.Manage vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and monitoring performance to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements.
