<p dir = "auto">Job Purpose:</p>
<p dir = "auto">The Crusher Engineer is responsible for overseeing production operations of sand and aggregates, ensuring optimal asset utilization across all quarry and recycling facilities. The role focuses on delivering safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations while maintaining high quality standards.</p>
<p dir = "auto">The position requires full integration across operational functions including planning, plant utilization, crushing & screening, washing & processing, load & haul operations, and maintenance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and profitability targets.</p>

<p dir = "auto">Key Duties and Responsibilities:</p>

<p dir = "auto">• Evaluate potential contracts and provide technical and operational input to the Executive Team regarding feasibility, risks, and implementation strategies.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Develop and execute production plans across all sites, optimizing the use of plant, equipment, and manpower.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and cost control.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Monitor operational performance and report against agreed KPIs and production targets.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Ensure full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, HSE standards, and internal company policies.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Prepare and contribute to weekly and monthly operational reports.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Plan, direct, and coordinate limestone quarry production activities to meet customer specifications and demand.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Establish and maintain production tracking systems and quality control procedures.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Analyze operational data (production, maintenance, quality) to identify issues and implement corrective actions.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of crushing plants and related equipment to ensure maximum uptime and reliability.</p>
<p dir = "auto">Minimum Education Requirement</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.</p>
<p dir = "auto">Work Experience</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in mining, quarrying, or cement industries.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• At least 8 years of hands-on experience in quarry operations and crushing plants.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Proven experience in operation and maintenance of Jaw Crushers, Cone Crushers, and VSI Crushers.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Strong technical knowledge of conveyors, gearboxes, control panels, PLC systems, and automation.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Demonstrated experience in steel-grade limestone production and quality management.</p>

<p dir = "auto">يتولى مهندس الكسارات مسؤولية إدارة عمليات إنتاج الرمل والمواد الخام (الركام)، وضمان الاستخدام الأمثل للأصول التشغيلية في جميع مواقع المحاجر ومرافق إعادة التدوير.</p>
<p dir = "auto">يركز الدور على تحقيق تشغيل آمن وفعّال وذي جدوى اقتصادية، مع الالتزام بأعلى معايير الجودة، وربط جميع مراحل العمليات التشغيلية، بما في ذلك التخطيط، تشغيل المصانع، التكسير والغربلة، الغسيل والمعالجة، النقل والتحميل، وأعمال الصيانة، بما يضمن تحقيق أهداف الشركة التشغيلية والمالية.</p>

<p dir = "auto">متابعة الأداء التشغيلي ورفع التقارير الدورية مقابل مؤشرات الأداء المستهدفة.</p>
<p dir = "auto">ضمان الالتزام الكامل بجميع القوانين واللوائح والمعايير البيئية والصحية (HSE) وسياسات الشركة.</p>
<p dir = "auto">المؤهلات العلمية:</p>
<p dir = "auto">درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة .</p>
<p dir = "auto">خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال التعدين أو المحاجر أو صناعة الأسمنت.</p>
<p dir = "auto">خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في تشغيل وإدارة الكسارات والمحاجر.</p>
<p dir = "auto">خبرة عملية في تشغيل وصيانة الكسارات الفكية (Jaw Crusher) والمخروطية (Cone Crusher) وكسارات VSI.</p>
<p dir = "auto">معرفة قوية بأنظمة السيور الناقلة، علب التروس، لوحات التحكم، أنظمة PLC، وأنظمة الأتمتة.</p>
<p dir = "auto">خبرة في إنتاج الحجر الجيري عالي الجودة (Steel Grade) وإدارة الجودة.</p>
