Senior Supply Chain Functional Lead – Digitalization Program(Contract)

Role Summary:
Lead the design and implementation of supply chain processes across SAP systems, ensuring alignment between business requirements and system capabilities. Act as the key link between business teams and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead supply chain functional workstream and gather business requirements
Translate requirements into functional designs, process flows, and SAP configurations
Drive fit-to-standard workshops and promote SAP best practices
Configure and support SAP modules (procurement, inventory, logistics, warehousing, transportation, planning)
Support Integrated Business Planning (IBP) including demand and supply planning
Coordinate with IT, business teams, and implementation partners for end-to-end integration
Support testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation activities
Identify process improvements and support standardization

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of SAP supply chain functional experience
Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes
Experience in SAP S/4HANA and SAP Activate methodology (preferred)
Experience in IBP (demand/supply planning, inventory optimization)
Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and system configuration
SAP certification (MM, WM/EWM, TM, PP, or IBP) is a plus
Oil & Gas experience is an advantage
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
