Product Manufacturing Engineer - On the Job Training

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s
degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing
Engineering, or Mechatronics (or related field).0–2 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or product
engineering environments.Basic
understanding of manufacturing processes (assembly, injection molding,
PCB integration, etc.).Familiarity
with quality control concepts (IQC, in-process QC, final QC).Exposure
to or willingness to learn PLM & QMS systems (preferably Arena).Strong
attention to detail with ability to manage documentation and traceability.Good
problem-solving skills with structured approach to issue investigation and
root-cause analysis.Ability
to work cross-functionally with engineering, suppliers, and quality teams.Interest
in medical devices, wearable technology, and regulated product development.
