About the Role
Takamul National Company LLC is looking for energetic, customer-focused, and enthusiastic Crew Members to join our growing restaurant team. As a Crew Member, you will play an important role in delivering excellent customer service, preparing quality food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
Take customer orders accurately and process payments through the POS system.
Prepare food and beverages according to company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, kitchen, and service stations.
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed at all times.
Restock supplies and assist with inventory as required.
Support team members during busy periods to ensure efficient operations.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor concerns professionally.
Follow company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Requirements

High School Certificate or Diploma.
Previous experience in restaurants, cafés, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Friendly, positive, and customer-oriented personality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Good personal hygiene and grooming standards.
Team player with a strong work ethic.

Preferred Skills

Basic food handling knowledge.
Cash handling and POS experience.
Ability to multitask under pressure.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work during weekends and holidays.
