We are looking for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset who get excited by challenges and constant change and truly want to positively impact the lives of our customers and the people of Oman.We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Enterprise (B2B) Pre-Sales Specialist who will play a crucial role in understanding the unique needs of our corporate customers and tailoring the right solutions to meet those needs. This position requires a deep knowledge of telecommunications technologies and the ability to provide expert guidance on IoT, ICT, mobility, cybersecurity   and fixed services. Additionally, the role will serve as the focal point between the sales team and the products and technologies departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment to deliver the best solutions for our customers.Key accountabilities and decision ownership:Customer Needs Analysis:  Engage with prospective and existing B2B customers to understand their business requirements and challengesSolution Design: Develop tailored solutions that address customer needs, leveraging a deep understanding of IoT, ICT, mobility, and fixed services.Technical Expertise: Provide technical support and expertise throughout the sales process, ensuring customers fully understand the value and capabilities of our solutions.Proposal Development: Prepare detailed proposals, including technical specifications and cost estimates, to present to customersSales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to support them in customer engagements, presentations, and negotiations.Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest telecommunications technologies and trends to ensure our solutions remain competitive.Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in customer organizationsTraining and Education: Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers and internal teams on our products and solutions.Feedback Loop: Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and improvement initiatives.Focal point: Actively act as focal point between sales and technology, products and IT departments.
