Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking an experienced Instrumentation Maintenance Planner to plan, schedule, and coordinate instrumentation maintenance activities, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations. Experience in turnaround/shutdown planning is preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and schedule preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities for instrumentation systems.Prepare work orders, job plans, work packages, manpower, materials, tools, and required resources using SAP PM.Coordinate with Instrumentation, Operations, Mechanical, Electrical, Planning, and HSE teams for timely execution of maintenance activities.Manage maintenance backlog and prioritize jobs based on equipment criticality and operational requirements.Support shutdown/turnaround planning, including scope development, resource planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.Plan maintenance activities for control valves, analyzers, transmitters, switches, control loops, and instrumentation systems.Coordinate calibration, loop checking, troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance activities.Review P&IDs, loop diagrams, instrument drawings, datasheets, and technical documents.Ensure availability of spares, materials, tools, permits, manpower, and technical information before job execution.Maintain accurate maintenance history and work-order status in SAP PM.Ensure compliance with HSE procedures, permit-to-work requirements, and company standards.
