EHSS Specialist - أخصائي البيئة والصحة والسلامة

• دعم مدير البيئة والصحة والسلامة في كتابة وتنفيذ وإدارة برامج وسياسات وإجراءات البيئة والصحة والسلامة.
• المساعدة في مراجعات الامتثال وتقييمات المخاطر العامة وتقييمات السلامة الأخرى لدعم إدارة البيئة والصحة والسلامة.
• الاشراف على عملية التحقيق في الحادث ، والتحقق من صحة التوصيات وتتبع خطط التنفيذ.
• ضمان الإبلاغ المنتظم عن الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية ، وامتثال الأنظمة وفرص التحسين للإدارة العليا.
• تطوير و تنفيذ استراتيجيات للحد من الإصابات في مكان العمل وضمان صحة وسلامة الموظفين والاصول في مكان العمل.
• تقديم التوصيات للإدارة بشأن مسائل البيئة والصحة والسلامة.
• المشاركة في أنشطة الامتثال والتدقيق الخاصة بالبيئة والصحة والسلامة.
• التأكد من عمل نظام الحراسات الأمنية للشركة.
• تمثيل الشركة فيما يتعلق بمسائل البيئة والصحة والسلامة.
• التأكد من إجراء جميع عمليات أخذ العينات والاختبارات المتعلقة بالبيئة والصحة والسلامة.
• الاشراف على برامج التدريب الداخلي للادارة والموظفين حول قضايا الصحة والسلامة والمخاطر.
• تحديد احتياجات التدريب للاقسام وضمان التطوير المناسب وتنفيذ التدريب المناسب لتلبية هذه الاحتياجات.
• إدارة وتنظيم عملية التخلص الآمن من المواد الخطرة.
• اعداد التقارير الادارية والنشرات التوعوية والاخبارية.
• زيارة مختلف اقسام المصنع بشكل منتظم لنشر ثقافة البيئة والصحة والسلامة وتقديم الدعم اللازم.
• اجراء اجتماعات دورية بشكل يومي او شهري او بحسب الحاجة .
• الاحتفاظ بسجلات ووثائق ذات الصلة بالبيئة والصحة والسلامة.
• التواصل مع الجهات ذات الصلة فيما يتعلق بقضايا البيئة والصحة والسلامة.
• إجراء عمليات تفتيش منتظمة للموقع للتحقق من تنفيذ السياسات والإجراءات بشكل صحيح.
• الحفاظ على علاقات إيجابية مع المديرين والموظفين ، فضلا عن الهيئات التنظيمية.
• مواكبة التطورات في مجال البيئة والصحة والسلامة بما في ذلك التشريعات واللوائح والمبادئ التوجيهية وأفضل الممارسات
• القيام بأي مهام أخرى يحددها المشرف المباشر
المؤهلات:
• بكالوريوس في مجال ذي صلة
• شهادة NEBOSH
• شهادة IOSH
• مؤهل Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH)
• مؤهل American Board of Industrial Hygiene (ABIH) certification

• Support EHS Manager to write, implement, and manage EHS Programs, Policies and Procedures.
• Assist in compliance reviews, general risk assessments and other safety assessments to support Environment, Health and Safety management.
• To manage the incident / accident investigation process, validating the recommendations and tracking the implementation plans.
• Ensure regular corrective and preventive action reporting, systems compliance and opportunities for improvement, to senior management.
• Develop and/or implement strategies to reduce workplace injuries and ensure workplace health and safety or to meet business needs.
• To advise management on EH&S matters.
• To participate in EH&S auditing and compliance activities.
• To represent the company regarding EH&S matters.
• To ensure the plant’s overall physical security.
• To ensure that all EH&S regulatory sampling and testing are carried out.
• Lead in-house training with management and employees about health and safety issues and risks.
• Identify divisional EH&S training needs and ensure the appropriate development and implementation of appropriate training to meet these needs.
• Manage and organize the safe disposal of hazardous substances, e.g. asbestos;
• Produce management reports, newsletters etc.
• Walk the manufacturing floor on a regular basis to establish EH&S presence and provide support.
• Conduct daily and monthly EH&S Meetings/Trainings and schedule as needed.
• Maintain relevant EHS logs and documentation.
• Liaise with relevant authorities regarding EH&S issues.
• Carry out regular site inspections to check policies and procedures are being properly implemented.
• Maintain positive and proactive relations with managers and employees, as well as regulatory agencies.
• Keep up to date with developments in the EH&S field including legislation, regulations, guidelines & best practice.
Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
Preferable Certification
• NEBOSH IGC certification.
• Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH)
• American Board of Industrial Hygiene (ABIH) certification
