<p dir = "auto"><strong>JOB PURPOSE:</strong></p>
<p dir = "auto">To carry out all hull engineer work for new/repair/conversion ships and steel structure fabrication in order to ensure the timely and accurate execution of hull work schedules and plans for the projects while ensuring high quality of work and health and safety standards. </p>

<p dir = "auto"><strong>Hull Activities</strong></p>
<ul dir="auto">
<li>Carry out hull engineering activities for all new/repair/conversion ships and steel structure fabrication oil gas plants projects. Dimensional Accuracy Control work process of ship block erection alignment and final cutting setting PE blocks, Input data program all the CNC machine Plate & H beams & control production process lines.</li>
</ul>
<p dir = "auto"><strong>Technical Drawings</strong></p>
<ul dir="auto">
<li>Drawing clarification for steel structure drawings, Tekla, MCI, CAD software Generating NC files, For NESTING ship repair & steel structure drawings and cutting statistics. Preparing cutting plan for plate, H Beam, angle etc. consumption with minimum wastage.</li>
</ul>
<p dir = "auto"><strong>Quality Control</strong></p>
<ul dir="auto">
<li>Ensure adherence to and maintenance of the quality of hull activities including welding and sheet metal fabrication in order to ensure readiness for quality control inspections.</li>
</ul>
<p dir = "auto"><strong>Material Requirements and Use</strong></p>
<ul dir="auto">
<li>Inventory Maintain stock levels, monitor quality and audit the stocks, Requesting POR for New Project/Repair Study of Class /Design Drawings, Making BQM, Planning & Purchase Order Requisition for Project Material, Estimation of material requirements Selection of materials for the repair as per specification & class of vessels,</li>
</ul>
<p dir = "auto"><strong>Compiling Reports</strong></p>
<ul dir="auto">
<li>Compile and prepare technical reports on challenges and issues faced, prioritise issues, materials required, and mitigation steps and submit to the Line Manager as required so that he/she is aware of the progress and challenges and can take corrective actions.</li>
<li>Control progress of fabrication/repairing/construction ships and steel structures in the Hull Department in order to ensure the hull specifications are as per plan and the work complies with the quality, health and safety standards established at ADC.</li>

<p dir = "auto"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: </strong></p>
<p dir = "auto"><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p>

<li>Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Naval Architecture or equivalent</li>
<li>Diploma in Engineering of Industrial / Mechanical / Electrical / Naval Architecture or equivalent</li>
</ul>
<p dir = "auto"><strong>Minimum Experience:</strong></p>
<ul dir="auto">
<li>3 - 5 years of relevant experience in steel structures with minimum 3 years of experience in marine industry.</li>
</ul>

<p dir = "auto"><strong>الغرض من الوظيفة:</strong></p>
<p dir = "auto">تنفيذ جميع أعمال هندسة هياكل السفن المتعلقة ببناء السفن الجديدة وأعمال الإصلاح والتحويل، إضافةً إلى تصنيع المنشآت الفولاذية، بما يضمن تنفيذ خطط وجداول أعمال الهياكل بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد للمشاريع، مع الالتزام بتحقيق أعلى معايير الجودة ومتطلبات الصحة والسلامة المهنية.</p>
<p dir = "auto"><strong>المسؤوليات الرئيسية:</strong></p>
<p dir = "auto"><strong>أولاً: أعمال هياكل السفن</strong></p>
<p dir = "auto">تنفيذ أنشطة هندسة هياكل السفن لجميع مشاريع بناء السفن الجديدة وأعمال الإصلاح والتحويل، إضافة إلى مشاريع تصنيع المنشآت الفولاذية ومحطات النفط والغاز.</p>
<p dir = "auto">متابعة وضبط دقة الأبعاد لعمليات تجميع كتل السفن ومحاذاتها والقص النهائي وتحديد مواقع الكتل، وإدخال البيانات وتشغيل جميع آلات القطع المبرمجة بالحاسوب.</p>
<p dir = "auto">الإشراف على صفائح الفولاذ والكمرات ذات المقطع على شكل حرف (H)، ومراقبة خطوط عمليات الإنتاج.</p>
<p dir = "auto"><strong>ثانياً: الرسومات الفنية</strong></p>
<p dir = "auto">توضيح ومراجعة رسومات المنشآت الفولاذية، وإعداد ملفات التحكم الخاصة بالقص، وإجراء أعمال الترتيب الأمثل للصفائح لأغراض الإصلاح البحري والمنشآت الفولاذية مع إعداد إحصاءات القص.</p>
<p dir = "auto">إعداد خطط قص الصفائح والكمرات والزوايا وغيرها بما يحقق أقل نسبة هدر ممكنة في المواد.</p>
<p dir = "auto"><strong>ثالثاً: ضبط الجودة</strong></p>
<p dir = "auto">ضمان الالتزام بالمحافظة على جودة أعمال هياكل السفن، بما في ذلك أعمال اللحام وتشكيل الصفائح المعدنية، وذلك لضمان الجاهزية لعمليات الفحص والرقابة على الجودة.</p>
<p dir = "auto"><strong>رابعاً: متطلبات المواد واستخدامها</strong></p>
<p dir = "auto">المحافظة على مستويات المخزون ومراقبة جودته وإجراء الجرد والتدقيق الدوري.</p>
<p dir = "auto">طلب المواد للمشاريع الجديدة وأعمال الإصلاح، ودراسة رسومات التصنيف والتصميم، وإعداد جداول كميات المواد، والتخطيط وإصدار أوامر الشراء.</p>
<p dir = "auto">تقديم طلبات صرف مواد المشاريع، وتقدير احتياجات المواد، واختيار المواد المناسبة لأعمال الإصلاح وفقاً للمواصفات وتصنيف السفن.</p>
<p dir = "auto"><strong>خامساً: إعداد التقارير</strong></p>
<p dir = "auto">إعداد وتجميع التقارير الفنية المتعلقة بالتحديات والمشكلات التي يتم مواجهتها، وترتيب أولوياتها، وتحديد المواد المطلوبة وإجراءات المعالجة، ورفعها إلى المدير المباشر لإحاطته بسير العمل والتحديات لاتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية اللازمة.</p>
<p dir = "auto"><strong>سادساً: متابعة تقدم الأعمال</strong></p>
<p dir = "auto">مراقبة تقدم أعمال التصنيع والإصلاح وبناء السفن والمنشآت الفولاذية في قسم هياكل السفن، بما يضمن مطابقة المواصفات المعتمدة وتنفيذ الأعمال وفق معايير الجودة والصحة والسلامة المعتمدة في الشركة.</p>

<p dir = "auto">الالتزام بجميع سياسات القسم وإجراءاته وتعليماته التشغيلية المعتمدة، لضمان تنفيذ الأعمال بطريقة منضبطة ومتسقة.</p>

<p dir = "auto">درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الصناعية أو الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الهندسة الكهربائية أو هندسة العمارة البحرية أو ما يعادلها.</p>
<p dir = "auto">دبلوم في الهندسة الصناعية أو الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الهندسة الكهربائية أو هندسة العمارة البحرية أو ما يعادلها.</p>
<p dir = "auto"><strong>الحد الأدنى من الخبرة:</strong></p>
<p dir = "auto">من ثلاث إلى خمس سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة في مجال المنشآت الفولاذية، على أن لا تقل الخبرة في القطاع البحري عن ثلاث سنوات.</p>
<p dir = "auto"><strong>المعارف والمهارات الخاصة بالوظيفة:</strong></p>
<p dir = "auto">الإلمام بالرسومات العامة، وعمليات تصنيع وإصلاح المنشآت الفولاذية، وتسلسل خطوات العمل وفق الرسومات.</p>
