<p>Accountabilities</p> <p>• Joint responsibility for the delivery of the B56, B58 and B49 business performance in line with business objectives.</p> <p>• Responsible for the establishment of the HCIIP, reserves and contingent resources for each oil and gas accumulation in the concession area.</p> <p>• Manage the implementation of development strategies for surface facilities ensuring a sound long term development of the assets, applying lifecycle economics` principles. </p> <p>• Ensure the optimum development of all the producing fields and maintenance of the design integrity of subsurface facilities within the asset portfolio.</p> <p>• Ensure all contracts comply with company policy and guidelines and meet desired Service Levels and Key Performance Indicators.</p> <p>• Identify and plan Learning strategies for closing gaps and develop staff’s competence and aim to meet Omanisation targets.</p> <p>• Ensure compliance with HSE policy and guidelines and reinforce its importance to the business and the risks it possesses.</p> <p>Experience and Qualifications </p> <p>• University degree in Petroleum Engineering or technical discipline.</p> <p>• Minimum 18 years of experience in petroleum engineering, development planning, WRM and new oil well delivery.</p> <p>• Solid understanding of the technical and commercial issues and risks associated with the development and production of hydrocarbons.</p> <p>• Demonstrated leadership skills in leading a large and diverse group of experienced, multi-discipline and multi-cultural professionals, successfully developing talent and mentoring staff, and driving integration between different disciplines and across assets</p> <p>• Strong HSE leadership and process safety knowledge.</p> <p>• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively across all levels.</p> <p></p> <p></p>
