Job Overview:
The holder of this position is responsible for learning, teaching, and the formative and summative assessment of student work. He / She manages the student learning experience and proactively designs effective delivery methods. He / She also undertakes administrative duties related to teaching and learning to ensure the smooth operation of the college or department.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Promote excellence in teaching and learning.
Develop and implement innovative teaching, learning, assessment, and feedback strategies.
Conduct formative and summative assessments of student work, providing constructive feedback.
Engage in student advisement and extracurricular activities.
Provide student induction, care and support.
Actively participate in and contribute to college committees.
Engage in professional development in relation to teaching, learning and assessment.
Engage in university and committee activities. He / She will also carry out any additional duties assigned, as required.
Contribute to course development and the development of new programs of study.
Perform administrative tasks associated with teaching and learning to support the smooth operation of the college and department.
Any other assigned duties.
Qualifications and competencies:
Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in a relevant discipline (Math).
Must be fluent in spoken and written English (IELTS 6).
Experience in student academic advising, community outreach and development.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students in a learning centered environment.

تقديم برامج التهيئة والدعم والرعاية للطلبة.
المشاركة الفاعلة في لجان الكلية والمساهمة في أعمالها.
الانخراط في التطوير المهني المتعلق بالتدريس والتعلم والتقييم.
المشاركة في أنشطة الجامعة واللجان المختلفة
القيام بأي مهام إضافية تُسند إليه حسب الحاجة
الكفاءات والمؤهلات المطلوبة:
درجة البكالوريوس من جامعة معترف بها في تخصص ذي صلة (الرياضيات).
شهادة اختبار IELTS الدولي بمعدل 6 او اكثر .
خبرة في الإرشاد الأكاديمي للطلبة، وخدمة المجتمع والتنمية
مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاعل الشخصي، شفهيًا وكتابيًا.
القدرة على إلهام وتحفيز الطلبة في بيئة تعليمية متمحورة حول التعلم
