Role Overview The Program Manager (JS8) is accountable for the end-to-end delivery and performance of complex programs within the VM02 customer account. The role ensures alignment between customer business objectives, contractual commitments, and Ericsson delivery execution, driving value, transformation, and operational excellence across multiple projects and delivery streams.Operating at a senior level, the Program Manager leads cross-functional teams, ensures governance compliance, and acts as a trusted partner to senior customer stakeholders, with full responsibility for program outcomes including financial, operational, and strategic targets.Key Responsibilities Program Leadership & DeliveryOwn end-to-end program execution across multiple projects, ensuring delivery to scope, time, cost, and quality targetsTranslate contractual agreements into integrated delivery plans and execution strategiesDrive delivery excellence, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and escalations in a complex environmentEnsure strong alignment between pre-sales commitments and delivery executionCustomer & Stakeholder ManagementAct as primary escalation point and trusted advisor for VM02 senior stakeholdersBuild and maintain strong executive relationships, ensuring transparency and alignment on program objectivesLead governance forums, steering committees, and customer reviewsEnsure customer satisfaction and long-term partnership growthFinancial & Commercial AccountabilityOwn program P&L, including revenue, cost, margin (unadjusted margin), and forecastingDrive financial performance through rigorous cost control, resource optimization, and risk managementIdentify opportunities for efficiency and add on salesGovernance, Compliance & Risk ManagementEnsure full adherence to Ericsson Group directives, legal, financial, and E+OHS requirementsMaintain high standards of data accuracy, reporting, and audit readinessLead program-level risk, issue, and dependency management across all delivery streamsEnsure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory obligationsLeadership & Team DevelopmentLead and develop multi-disciplinary, geographically distributed teamsProvide coaching, mentoring, and performance management to senior project managers and delivery leadsFoster a high-performance, accountable, and inclusive team cultureEnsure effective resource planning and capability development across the programKey Skills & Competencies Strong program and portfolio management expertiseAdvanced stakeholder and customer relationship managementProven financial and commercial acumenRobust understanding of logistics, design and integration services, NPI and trialsExcellent communication and executive presentation skillsStrong risk management and decision-making capabilityExperience & Qualifications Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, or equivalentExtensive experience managing large-scale, complex programs in telecom or managed servicesDemonstrated leadership of multi-project, multi-team environmentsProven success in customer-facing delivery rolesProject/program management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) preferredExperience within strategic customer accounts (e.g., Tier-1 operators like VM02) highly desirableWhy join Ericsson?At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
