Electrical Engineer

This Job is Contract under Nama Dhofar Services by Hamed Engineering Services.
-Duration of Contact: 4 years.
-The job is for Dhofar residents only.
Other Qualifications: Technical certifications will be preferable

Job Description (Supervision Responsibilities)
• Supervise and monitor electrical works progress (11KV & LV network) against approved schedules and plans.
• Oversee modification, upgrade, and asset replacement works in existing substations.
• Ensure all electrical works comply with approved drawings, OES specifications, and standards (NDS)
• Review and verify shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals for electrical systems.
• Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to resolve technical issues affecting project progress.
• Verify contractor measurement sheets and invoices (quantity & quality) before certification.
• Support preparation of progress reports including electrical status and milestones.
• Assist in handover processes and ensure all electrical systems meet contractual requirements.
• Support obtaining statutory approvals related to electrical installations.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with contract requirements.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of works.
• Contribute to contractor performance evaluations.
