MEP Quantity Surveyor (Plumbing & Firefighting – Tendering)

Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesReview tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs.Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for Plumbing and Firefighting systems.Prepare accurate cost estimates, pricing, and tender submissions.Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.Analyze project scope, identify risks, and recommend cost-effective solutions.Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams during the tender stage.Prepare technical and commercial bid documentation.Attend pre-bid meetings and respond to tender clarifications.Maintain an updated database of material, labor, and subcontractor rates.Support project handover by preparing budget and cost information after successful tender awards.Ensure compliance with client specifications, local regulations, and company standards.
