Senior Electrical Engineer

Major Responsibilities:

Take overall technical responsibility and manage the O&M (Operation and Maintenance) of UHV (Ultra-High Voltage), HV (High Voltage), and LV (Low Voltage) power systems at the base.
Participate in supervising electrical construction during the project building phase, and assist the Engineering Department with site management.
Manage substation operations, interface with local power authorities, and be responsible for technical communication and coordination.
Lead the technical upgrading of power systems and implement cost control measures.
Provide technical training for electrical staff and establish/enhance relevant management systems and protocols.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related disciplines.
5+ years of working experience in electrical or power-related fields, with technical experience in HV (High Voltage) power systems of 10KV and above.
2+ years of experience in power system construction projects, with proven experience in independently managing electrical system installation during at least one project.
