Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities. Project PlanningDevelop detailed project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6.Prepare baseline schedules based on project scope, milestones, and contractual requirements.Break down project scope into Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for schedule inputs.2. Scheduling & MonitoringMonitor project progress against the approved schedule.Update project schedules periodically and highlight delays or deviations.Conduct critical path analysis and recommend corrective actions.Track resource utilization and manpower deployment.3. Cost Control & BudgetingPrepare project budgets and cost estimates.Monitor actual costs vs budgeted costs.Prepare cost reports, cost forecasts, and variance analysis.Support project management in cost optimization initiatives.4. Progress ReportingPrepare weekly and monthly progress reports.Monitor physical progress vs planned progress.Provide dashboards for project performance, productivity, and cost status.Support preparation of client progress reports and management MIS reports.5. CoordinationCoordinate with site engineers, procurement teams, subcontractors, and project managers.Ensure proper integration of engineering, procurement, and construction schedules.Support contract management in claims, variations, and delay analysis.6. Risk & Delay AnalysisIdentify potential schedule risks and bottlenecks.Conduct delay analysis and recovery planning.Develop mitigation plans to avoid project delays
