Service Delivery Senior Specialist

Role purpose: As part of the Operations Team, we are looking for a Service Delivery & After-Sales Operations responsible for managing the end-to-end FTTH customer journey from order receipt through installation, activation, service assurance, and after-sales support.The role will ensure seamless coordination across internal departments, field operations teams, installation partners, infrastructure providers, and outsourced vendors to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve operational excellence.The successful candidate will lead service delivery governance, partner performance management, customer experience improvement initiatives, and operational transformation programs while ensuring all service delivery and after-sales activities meet agreed SLAs, quality standards, and customer expectations.The role will be instrumental in driving customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, service quality, and continuous improvement across the FTTH lifecycle.
