Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesThe Technical Coordinator is responsible for coordinating architectural, civil/structural, and MEP disciplines throughout the design and construction phases to ensure a fully integrated, clash-free, and buildable project. The role involves reviewing drawings, conducting technical coordination meetings, resolving design conflicts, and supporting project delivery in compliance with project requirements and applicable codes.Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP designs to ensure consistency and constructability.Review drawings, specifications, and BIM models for interdisciplinary conflicts.Conduct and participate in technical coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.Identify, track, and resolve design clashes and technical issues.Coordinate service routes, shafts, equipment locations, and structural openings.Ensure architectural requirements are integrated with structural and MEP systems.Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical submissions for compliance with project requirements.Support BIM coordination and clash detection activities using software such as Revit and Navisworks.Prepare coordination reports, meeting minutes, and action trackers.Monitor design changes and ensure updates are reflected across all disciplines.Liaise with site teams to resolve technical issues during construction.Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, building codes, and project specifications.Assist in project planning, scheduling, and technical documentation management.
