Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesLead Technology Coach (Multi‑Domain | Advanced | Banking Sector)ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking Lead Technology Coaches with deep, enterprise‑scale expertise across multiple advanced technology domains to deliver outcome‑driven, hands‑on training for a leading bank in the Middle East.The role focuses on building production‑ready capability, strengthening governance, and enabling secure, scalable, and maintainable technology operations across the bank’s mission‑critical platforms.You will lead advanced training tracks, mentor coaches, and ensure that all learning outcomes align with enterprise standards, regulatory expectations, and long‑term operational resilience.Key Technology Domains CoveredThe Lead Technology Coach/s will deliver advanced‑level training across one or more of the following domains:Assyst 11.2 (Application Development & Customisation – IFS Global)Control‑M AdministrationOpenShift & Cloud‑Native Application DeploymentMoveIT Transfer (MFT) AdministrationRabbitMQ AdministrationUiPath RPA (Advanced Automation)Core ResponsibilitiesAdvanced Curriculum DeliveryDeliver structured, hands‑on, enterprise‑grade training aligned to banking priorities.Build deep capability in architecture, automation, integrations, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.Train advanced workflow orchestration, exception handling, and complex routing/approval patterns.Enable scalable customisation and deployment practices that reduce operational risk.Enterprise Architecture & Engineering CoachingDesign and explain scalable, resilient, and secure architectures across the assigned technology domain.Coach integration patterns, APIs, connector frameworks, and cross‑platform interoperability.Guide performance optimisation, data integrity, and configuration governance.Troubleshooting & DiagnosticsLead complex troubleshooting, including logs, dumps, cluster diagnostics, and root‑cause analysis.Train structured RCA methods and conflict‑resolution techniques for configuration and performance issues.Governance, Security & ComplianceEnforce enterprise‑grade security, compliance, and operational standards.Guide teams on deployment conventions, review checklists, runbooks, and DR strategies.Ensure all customisations and configurations remain maintainable, auditable, and production‑ready.Coaching LeadershipMentor Regular Coaches and ensure consistent delivery quality.Conduct calibration sessions, content reviews, and capability assessments.Publish readiness insights and recommend reinforcement actions for critical competencies.Experience Requirements (TEX / REX)Total Experience (TEX): 12–18 years in IT, engineering, or enterprise technology roles.Relevant Experience (REX): 7–10+ years** deep, hands‑on experience in one or more of the following:Assyst / IFS customisation & governanceControl‑M enterprise administration.OpenShift / cloud‑native deploymentsMoveIT / MFT platformsRabbitMQ / enterprise messagingUiPath RPA architecture & scalingExperience must include design, governance, troubleshooting, and enterprise‑scale operations.Certification Expectations - Preferred certifications (depending on domain):Assyst / IFS Global Advanced CertificationBMC Control‑M Advanced / SpecialistRed Hat OpenShift ArchitectAdvanced MoveIT / MFT CertificationAdvanced RabbitMQ CertificationUiPath Advanced / Architect CertificationDesirable cross‑domain certifications:ITIL Intermediate / Managing ProfessionalCloud Architect CertificationsDevSecOps / Security / API Certifications
