Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities (in collaboration with the IT Manager)Administer, maintain, and optimize virtualization environments (VMware ESX / ESXi) and Windows ServersSupport the implementation and management of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and file serversMaintain and support LAN/WAN networks, cabling, switches, firewalls, and secure VPN connectivityAssist in implementing and maintaining cybersecurity measures, endpoint protection, and access controlsContribute to infrastructure upgrades, capacity planning, and system improvementsParticipate in IT projects, including server deployments and multi-site network initiativesMonitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and support business continuityPrepare and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and system recordsProvide technical support and guidance to internal users and IT staff when requiredRequired TechnicalSkills Virtualization: Strong hands-on experience with VMware ESX / ESXiWindows Server Administration: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, File ServicesNetworking: LAN/WAN, switching, structured cabling, firewall configurationVPN & Remote Connectivity: Secure site-to-site and user connectionsSecurity: Endpoint protection, access control, and basic infrastructure securityMonitoring & Troubleshooting: System performance monitoring and issue resolutionSoft SkillsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating closely with managementClear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholdersWell-organized with attention to documentation and proceduresTeam-oriented and collaborative approach
