Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesDesign Leadership & VisionLead the architectural vision across commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, and urban-scale developments.Drive concept design excellence aligned with market positioning and development strategy.Integrate contemporary architecture with regional identity, climatic responsiveness, and cultural sensitivity.Oversee all stages from concept design through IFC documentation and construction supervision support.________________________________________Urban & Regulatory IntegrationLead master planning and urban integration strategies in compliance with Omani planning frameworks.Coordinate and manage approvals with relevant authorities (Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, Muscat Municipality, and other entities as required).Ensure full compliance with Oman Building Code and municipal development controls.Optimize land use, density, circulation, infrastructure integration, and public realm planning.________________________________________Commercial & Development AlignmentAlign architectural strategies with development feasibility studies, leasing requirements, and ROI objectives.Drive efficiency in GFA optimization, core planning, and tenant adaptability.Collaborate with commercial, leasing, and asset management teams to enhance long-term asset performance.Support value engineering initiatives while maintaining design integrity and quality.________________________________________Technical & Construction OversightLead multidisciplinary coordination (structural, MEP, façade, landscape, traffic, infrastructure).Review technical submissions to ensure constructability, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance.Conduct site reviews to safeguard design intent during execution.Identify and mitigate design and technical risks across project life cycles.________________________________________Leadership & GovernanceMentor and manage internal architectural teams and external consultants.Establish design governance frameworks, review procedures, and approval matrices.Present design strategies to executive management, investors, and regulatory authorities.Represent the organization in high-level stakeholder and authority engagements.
