1. Manage the development, design, delivery and leadership of training modules at various levels, including assessment methods.2. Ensure that learning materials and methods of delivery meet defined learning objectives.3. Manage the quality of Experiential Training and Development assessments including preparing full training plan for the academic year.4. Preparation of Experiential training plan and students’ allocation in local hospitals for final year students5. Maintain and review assessments processes and systems, ensuring that they are efficient and fit for purpose.6. Manage, coordinate and supervise professional training and development events, including event advertising, sessions delivery, and post-event follow-up.7. Produce relevant and timely reports for the ADAA by working with the HoD.8. Support HOD in developing and maintaining good working relationships with key stakeholders and partnership groups.9. Undertake activities and contribute to projects that may be required in accordance with the requirements of the department, as directed by the HOD.10. Write and review training manuals, modules, and programs.11. Perform additional job-related duties as assigned by the line manager and ADAA.
