HSE Officer

<p><span style="font-size: 18px;"><strong><ins>Position Title: HSE Officer</ins></strong></span></p>
<p><strong><ins>Key Responsibilities</ins></strong></p>
<p>Develop, implement, and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures in line with local regulations and international standards (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001).</p>
<p>Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure compliance.</p>
<p>Ensure all employees follow safe work practices and use appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).</p>
<p>Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective actions.</p>
<p>Organize and conduct HSE training sessions, toolbox talks, and safety inductions.</p>
<p>Monitor environmental impacts such as waste management, emissions, and pollution control.</p>
<p>Maintain accurate HSE documentation, records, and reports.</p>
<p>Coordinate emergency response plans, drills, and first aid arrangements.</p>
<p>Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure compliance with legal HSE requirements.</p>
<p>Promote a strong safety culture across the organization.</p>

<p>Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.</p>
<p>Risk assessment and hazard identification expertise.</p>
<p>Excellent communication and training skills.</p>

<p>Ability to work under pressure and enforce compliance.</p>
<p>Report writing and documentation skills.</p>
<p><strong><ins>Qualifications &amp; Requirements</ins></strong></p>
<p>Bachelor’s degree /Diploma in Occupational Health &amp; Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.</p>
<p>Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA are preferred.</p>
<p>2–5+ years of experience in HSE roles (industry-specific experience is a plus).</p>
<p>Familiarity with HSE management systems and standards.</p>
