Field Operation Manager

- Manage EPT / EPF and Well Testing Operation in accordance with cleint specifications and contract requirements
- Develop operation plans, schedules, budgets, manpower, any challanges at the feild.
- Coordinate with Head Office project team regarding operation status
- Ensure compliance with contract scope, KPIs, claint procedures, and HSE requirements
- Provide Operation/Technicial support.
- Ensure strict adherence to HSE, PTW systems, SIMOPS, and Life-Saving Rules
- Lead HAZID, HAZOP, JSA, and risk assessment workshops
- Manage multidisciplinary teams including operations, maintenance, logistics, QA/QC, and subcontractors at the feild
- Support project costs control, monitor operation status
- Act as the primary interface with cleint for technical, operational matters
- Ensure proper operqation reporting, documentation, handover, and close-out in line with cleint requirements
- Support development, mentoring, and competency growth of Omani staff
