Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesManage and track HVAC project schedules, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines, proactively identifying and mitigating potential delays.Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution, facilitating effective communication and resolving conflicts.Oversee the procurement of HVAC equipment and materials, verifying compliance with project specifications and managing inventory levels effectively.Prepare and maintain project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and change orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
