Role Purpose:
To execute approved digital initiatives by building scalable, secure, and high-performance platforms, applications, and data capabilities in alignment with architecturally governed roadmaps, ensuring reliable handover to operations and readiness for commercial deployment.

Minimum role requirements:

Bachelor in relevant discipline
10 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in a management position

Key Accountabilities:

Deliver initiatives approved through GMT and portfolio governance
Execute according to defined sequencing, scope, and architectural standards
Ensure build discipline and roadmap adherence
Design and build modular, reusable digital platforms and integration layers
Govern APIs, middleware, and system interoperability
Support scalable and extensible platform ecosystems
Develop, enhance, and modernize enterprise applications
Ensure functional performance, scalability, and reliability
Reduce legacy complexity through structured modernization
Build and maintain enterprise data and AI platforms
Ensure scalability, performance, and data integrity
Enable advanced analytics and AI-driven capabilities
Ensure performance validation, system stability, and scalability testing
Embed security and compliance controls within engineering lifecycle
Reduce post-release defects and production instability
Ensure technical readiness prior to commercial launch
Validate integration stability and performance thresholds
Execute structured handover to GM Digital Service Operations
Coordinate engineering execution with Architecture governance and Operations readiness
Align build timelines with commercial launch milestones
Surface technical risks impacting delivery or service continuity
Manage system integrators and technology partners
Ensure adherence to quality, security, and architectural standards
Monitor vendor performance against delivery KPIs
Build high-performance engineering teams across platforms and applications
Strengthen DevSecOps, automation, and CI/CD maturity
Foster accountability, technical excellence, and execution rigor
