ICV Officer

Role Overview
WATCO is seeking a qualified and motivated ICV Officer to strengthen our compliance and reporting framework in line with Oman’s In‑Country Value (ICV) program. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring, reporting, and ensuring WATCO’s adherence to ICV targets across our Oil & Gas projects.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and submit ICV reports and updates to management and relevant authorities.
Ensure WATCO remains fully compliant with ICV requirements and guidelines.
Monitor and track progress against ICV targets in manpower, procurement, training, and local sourcing.
Liaise with project teams to integrate ICV objectives into daily operations.
Support audits, inspections, and reviews related to ICV compliance.
Recommend strategies to enhance WATCO’s contribution to Oman’s ICV framework.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement, compliance, or Oil & Gas sector HR/ICV reporting.
Strong knowledge of Oman’s ICV framework and Tawteen portal reporting.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and coordinate across multiple departments.
