تمكين الملتحقين بالبرنامج وتطوير مهارات الخريجين العمانيين في مجال التدقيق الداخلي.
سد الفجوة بين احتياجات السوق ضمن هذه التخصصات من خلال مواءمة مهارات الخريجين مع متطلبات سوق العمل.
تقديم شهادات احترافية للملتحقين وتوظيفهم في جهاز الاستثمار العماني وشركاته شرط اجتيازهم البرنامج بنجاح

شروط القبول:

الجنسية: عُماني
المؤهل العلمي: درجة البكالوريوس
التخصصات: إدارة الأعمال، المحاسبة، ضمان الجودة، إدارة المخاطر، الامتثال ، المالية ،التدقيق، تقنية المعلومات
سنة التخرج: من 2023 فصاعدًا
المعدل التراكمي الأدنى: 2.7
الحالة الوظيفية: يجب أن يكون مسجلاً كباحث عن عمل لدى وزارة العمل او عقد تدريب فقط
الخبرة: حديثو التخرج فقط

A program offered by the Oman Investment Authority and its entities.
A development and employment opportunity in the field of internal auditing.

Professional Certification Offered in the Program:

Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), accredited by the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA)

Program Objectives:

Equip participants and develop the skills of Omani graduates in the field of internal auditing.
Bridge the gap between market needs and these specializations by aligning graduates’ skills with labor market requirements.
Provide professional certifications and employ successful candidates within the Oman Investment Authority and its subsidiaries upon successful completion of the program.

Admission Requirements:

Nationality: Omani
Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
Majors: Business Administration, Accounting, Quality Assurance, Risk Management, Compliance, Finance, Auditing, Information Technology
Graduation Year: 2023 onwards
Minimum GPA: 2.7
Employment Status: Must be registered as a job seeker with the Ministry of Labour or under a training contract only
Experience: Fresh graduates only
Must pass assessments and personal interviews
